Private Equity Investment
Global Resource Solutions advises on investments in companies with a proven initial record, where it can provide expansion capital to IPO, and actively participate in the development of the company. Providing direct and active assistance and support. Global Resource Solutions will always seek to make a significant level of equity investment and seek Board representation to assist the companies in responding positively to the situations that arise as the company develops.
Project Financing
Global Resource Solutions provides project finance where it will participate from the development stage onwards providing equity and loan capital in the manner best structured to the project, including competitive fixed rate loans with discretionary capital repayment holidays and repayment periods up to five years. Preference or ordinary shares are also available.
Global Resource Solutions investments range from $1 million to $20 million. In all cases, Global Resource Solutions seeks realization in three to seven years.
